Думаю, вафельница значения не имеет. Наверное, можно и в вафельной форме в духовке запечь, ведь тесто само по себе универсальное. Итак, берем: - 1 небольшой кабачок, - 100 сыра, - 1,5 стакана муки (250 гр), - 1 ч.л. разрыхлителя, - 0,5 ч.л.соли, - 100 гр.сливочного масла, - 2 яйца, - 1 стакана молока (250 мл). Кабачок натираем в миску на мелкой терке, следом сыр на крупной, добавляем муку, соль и разрыхлитель. Перемешиваем.
